Loading earlier discussions in Post Dashboard shows duplicates.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When I load earlier discussions, there shouldn't be any duplicates anywhere in the collection.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After loading earlier discussions in my Post Dashboard, the 20th discussion is again loaded in the 21st row, and then actual older discussions follow.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to any Post Dashboard with more than 20 discussions.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the Discussions card and click "Load Earlier".
